Insurance and Fees
Jennifer accepts Health Plan of San Joaquin Medi-Cal, HSA/FSA cards, and private pay. All payments are rendered at the time of service. If you have out-of-network insurance benefits, you may request a superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please feel free to reach out with any questions regarding insurance and fees.
Non-clinical music therapy services with Jordan are private pay only.
Diagnostic Assessment
$200
A thorough assessment will be conducted to discuss important factors that have led you to seek support and outline a plan for your therapy. This session is an opportunity to set goals for treatment and to develop a working diagnosis. An assessment is required prior to clinical therapy with Jennifer.
Individual Session
$140
Jennifer offers professional clinical counseling and expressive arts therapy. Sessions are highly personalized to meet your needs. Session times are approximately 50-55 minutes. Longer sessions may be offered upon request for an additional fee. An assessment is required prior to treatment.
Music Therapy
$80
Jordan offers music therapy for individuals who are eager to include music as part of their healing process. Music therapy can be used in conjunction with your current therapy or as a stand alone service. For more information on music therapy, contact Jordan to schedule a free consultation.
No-Show and Cancellation Policy
Please remember to cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance. You will be responsible for a $25 fee if cancellation is less than 24 hours. This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you. If you are late for a session, you may lose some of that session time.
